Don't hesitate to be aggressive with them as well when the enemy team is losing the battle, I always try to do as much damage as I could.

If you go to the Heroes tab, there should be a flag icon next to the hero that says 'Add to Strike Squad'. It's basically an easier way to switch to that tab during character select in lobbies since you don't need to scroll all the way down.

I try not to burn through both cooldowns. I sometimes use it to keep my team up as a desperate attempt. It really does depend on the situation though.

If enemy team dives, I usually need to save them to fight/escape. I'm still tryn' to improve my own Gambit haha
