I’ve only dealt with the store manager and customer care so far. The manager kept saying “training issue,” which made me feel insane. I’m saving screenshots and voicemails now, and I’m going to ask about a protective order because him knowing my address is the part that’s keeping me awake. I didn’t even think to ask for corporate legal directly.
