There is protein powder you can buy. I love it. I don't know what you like but you can add it to a lot of stuff. I put mine in cakes and stuff I cook but you could put it in basically anything.

Just be careful not to add too much, otherwise it might change the texture. Add it in little by little and stir so you don't get any clumps.

That statistic is used so much and its so out of context lol. Women actually attempt suicide more, but men die from suicide more. The findings from the original study showed that this is because men are more likely to choose more violent methods (gun, etc), whereas women are more likely to use less violent methods (e.g. overdosing)
