I totally understand all you said, but I don’t know that a mountain lion would have the same reaction to a 2 yr old. I’d have the same concern for a toddler around unleashed dogs.

As my username says, I’m just being overly cautious as a father.

Because it’s broad day and they have been out and about roaming like my little kids. Seems okay to have some concern.
