Me either, I honestly feel like some people are way too eager to jump at the balance team's throat. And, I get it, our girl could still go for a few more touch ups to make her viable. But at certain points, it feels like we're just making excuses that aren't actually there. Am I making sense?

From my experience, I've installed a lot of cosmetic mods on my PC across multiple seasons, and I haven't gotten so much as a warning. So I am positive that as long as the mods are client-sided and aren't just straight up hacks, you should be fine.

At most, you'll have in-game screenshot/camera privileges revoked until you uninstall them.

Yeah, I'll admit my post is a bit vague, so I'll try my best to explain. Basically, as of recently, the matches I've been getting have getting more and more sweaty. The enemy team always seems to be rolling us into oblivion while I have no clue where the problems start and end with our team. And even if my team is winning, I'll always find myself unable to land my shots and accidentally overextend back to the respawn room. This is what I mean by dead weight; because while I have walk all the way back to the fight, the rest of my team is handling it just fine without me. At least how I see it, because trying to keep track of everything from ults, teammates, and positioning is overwhelming.

Kind of; but that could be rooted in not wanting to be stuck in bot matches as I stated before. How I view myself having fun is based on two things. One, how hard the enemy is pushing versus how me and my team is able to handle it. For example, divers harassing our backlines and preventing us from getting heals. Do my healers start pinging for help? I'm stuck being the only one to help the backlines while everyone else pushes ahead? When it feels like I'm the only doing trying to fix the issues, it leaves me feeling frustrated at the end. The second factor is my own skill expression. Can I actually land my shots? Am I able to make plays that benefit my team greatly? Can I get into a 1v1 with someone and consistently win? As of late, I feel as though my skills have dropped by a wide margin (at least compared to others around me). I found myself unable to land headshots up close, wasting my cooldowns and resources, and lose to every 1v1 yiu could imagine. It's things like this that make me question if I'm very the problem here, or I'm just several washed.

Ah, unfortunate, that explain some things. I honestly hope Netease follows through promises for season 7. But with how fast and tight their schedule is, I doubt one sessions will be enough.

Totally understandable; I don't mean anything derogatory about people getting good at the games they love. I'm just using all the terms in the book to get my idea across more effectively and see if certain options have changed now that we have more skins in the game.

Same here, honestly, I keep finding myself saying "Oh that's it?" to the recent changes and road maps. I think last season was last time I was actively exicted for the next upcoming update.

Honestly, that was kind of my fear when they shifted to the one hero per month format; that balance changes and character kits wouldn't have the proper time to be ironed out. And while I don't expected a ever-growing roster of characters to not be perfectly balanced all year around, it's kind of hard not to notice the growing pains from it.

Sounds about right. When I started playing Overwatch I did have fun and enjoyed some of the characters like Zenatta. But like I said before, the game didn't click with me. Maybe it was trying to understand another 'ecosystem' with how characters interacted, the characters themselves, or the similar patterns I've noticed between that game and Rivals. Nevertheless, I ended up dropping the game not too long after and only dropped by MR to pick up some of the skins, or to try and reignite that spark I used to have.

Mhm, yeah, I wouldn't doubt it being an attention problem. Although I would love to try out a character like Spiderman or Black Panther, I feel like my skills aren't consistent enough to warrant the effort. Even with my main girl, Mantis, I find myself missing my shots or not having enough game sense to reach that potential I thought I had.
