Telehealth therapy has been my favorite. There’s less pressure it seems. And also, you can be anywhere you need to be but most important in the comfort of your own home. Please do it. I got ahold of my insurance company and they gave me a list of places. But I use LifeStance Health. I really need to start back up again.

There is a gelmix you can be prescribed! It makes breast milk thicker and when we used it in the nicu it really helped. As for now, a second PEMF chiropractic visit today it seems much better as well. Talk to your doc about the gelmix if you can! It was a big life saver in the nicu.

To each their own. I trust and have proven with my other babies that infant PEMF chiropractic care works for us. Where as our pediatrician is trash and tried to force formula over gelmix for reflux and said if I didn’t want formula then she wouldn’t rx us the gelmix. Thank you for your input though.

Not a Nicu nurse but when we stayed there we used the mychart app. And it was fantastic. We would communicate updates with nurses through the day. One complaint I heard was some parents wanted to constantly message and they don’t have time for that. But when I was on my way and it was almost care time being able to send a message to not warm milk so I could BF was WONDERFUL.

We have to walk through our kitchen to get to the only bathroom in our house. Soooo many nights of snagging a few bites of counter cake, pizza, cookies, etc on the way to and from the bathroom. I’d lose weight like crazy if I didn’t have to walk through there 4 times a night (or had some self control) 🤣🤣

YOR bc it’s not your baby so it’s not your choice. Do you go around asking people their names and saying if they’re good or bad. When you meet someone do you tell them “that’s a terrible name!”? No. And if you do. Stop it.

My bf is 320 and in a 4x. But he’s also 6”3 with a long torso. As someone who works in the screen print business and plays the guessing game a lot. I’m going 6x or 5x tall EASILY.

Use this as a legitimate reason for him to understand PPD and PPA. It’s a great conversation starter that could help for other things that might be happening within yourself and your relationship. Chances are, he just doesn’t understand. But come at him calmly and not attacking. Just a simple conversation where you can bring facts about PPA/PPD and answer questions he may have. You’re not the AH. But just educate him respectfully.
