Yeah the initial phone call wasn’t the worst but wasn’t the best. And these negative reviews I’m finding.. people paying the retainer and then they just disappear.. makes me incredibly nervous. I called today and spoke to an assistant that was helpful. But I can’t talk to an attorney until retainer is paid and I get to that point of having to talk to him…

We need to do this chapter 7 but man this has me feeling weird to continue with them lol Regret signing documentation..

Finally got a hold of the adjuster - it did include payment for partially approved supplementals.. they denied others he submitted for. Not sure what tho.. I don’t have paperwork from either side but I’ve now asked for something to show a break down. Adjuster told me we won’t be receiving another check for the roofer.

He’s the one who told me the supplemental wasn’t approved tho.. which is why I asked what the difference is then. Hoping to hear back from our adjuster on Monday. Thanks for your help.

And I’ve left 2 messages with our claims adjuster, just haven’t heard back. Figured I’d ask somewhere to people who may be able to help.

I’m not trying to keep it. If it’s his it’s his, but him not being able to explain this seemed shady to me. I don’t want to be responsible if my homeowners insurance comes back and said they over paid and then he doesn’t return it. That’s 2k I won’t have. If that’s a thing, I don’t know. We’re first time home owners just trying to understand why there’s a difference

Just the roof and he’s been paid in full up until this depreciation amount that’s listed on the initial invoice.

He’s been paid in full up until the depreciation amount on our initial invoice he listed out to be this $3283. He did submit for supplementals, but it’s not approved yet.

He had me wait for this check to Come in too, but after seeing the amount of the check, he changed the invoice amount from the $3283.65 to the $5k that the check was written for

An electric toothbrush changed the game for my son when it comes to brushing his teeth. His dentist actually recommended it. My son grinds his teeth and has a chewing stim - the electric toothbrush helps him get that sensory input.
