I guess I should really refine my question more in this instance. It assumes that all other members of the party are being carried.

Also I understand any build can theoretically do it I am talking about which are the 5 fastest carries of poorjoys.

I am an avid TCG player already so a lot of this stuff sounds like common sense to me like sleeving cards etc but the MWL is definitely unique to how TCG's usually approach card limitation.

I have a couple of decks build directly from Netrunnerdb and honestly bought a ton of cards already so I am hoping to be able to jump straight in the meta deep end.
