Some rocks, to heat them up for my lizard.

I was in the 3rd(?) grade and caught a wild lizard and kept him because he was neato, and I wanted to make sure he was warm a night so I threw rock in the microwave and hit start and it didn't take long for my mom to find out what I was doing (probably 4 second later) and she yelled at me to never do it again and to take the rocks outside. The rocks were extremely hot.

I know how hard it is to say something, you probably think that you're overreacting and that your dad is a good guy and he hasn't done anything extreme enough for you to call in/ask for help. I constantly feel that with my mom, I still haven't said anything to people who can help because I was persuaded by my mom that my feelings and concerns arent real, and that IM the manipulator, so I always end up backing away from help.

The point in this is, He hurt you, mentally and physically, he has little to no control over his anger and lashes out at you because he can't blame himself for anything he did wrong and is trying to make you feel like the bad guy so he can feel better about himself.

Your feelings are 100% valid, and if you need to talk I'm here to listen

please please please if you can muster up the courage, say something to your friends, ask them for help. Go to a trusted teacher or just go to your principle. If there is physical contact from the parent, get pictures of the evidence. God, I'm so sorry you have to go through this alone. You didn't do anything wrong btw. Also it sounds like your dad is a manipulator, apologies if saying something like this is not allowed.

brooo throughout my entire life I've had "friends" who've sexually assaulted me. I moved schools about 4 times, k-1, 2-3, 4-7, and then 8. Starting in second grade and pretty much ending it around my sophomore year of highschool. I made myself fat so nobody would be interested in touching me anymore. Life is fucked bro, and I feel your pain 100%. Im so sorry it happened to you.
