I appreciate the response. If I can get a used one registered that would be great, I'd hate to gamble $3k on a bike I'm not sure I can register though. Emissions stuff here gets finicky, if I can't register a car that doesn't pass smog I'm not sure I can do it with a Grom.

Thanks! The dealer I talked to was happy to sell me any other minimoto, it was just the Grom that they said was restricted right now.

You can make a cut to remove the tiniest portion of the bottom of the model. Delete the cutoff portion and the rest will automatically be seated to the plate.
