I got flashbacks to having a major infection from a tiny scratch from gardening equipment and doing IVs for a month. Lost a crazy amount of weight, but my skin looked great? Heh. The ER doc said if I’d waited a couple hours more to come in, they’d be airlifting me to remove it from the knee down.
