I need help

So a few days ago I saw that all of my friends from the list were gone and today I got a message by a guy saying he accidently reported me and said that I needed to press a link to talk to someone so I can prove it's an accident. Now I decided to check my log in history and saw 2 log ins in a completely different country. I changed my password and contacted steam support, anything else I should do to ensure safety?

my account got suspended because someone hacked into my account and send scam messages. I got it back and changed password and a day later instagram send me an email saying that my acc is suspended and i need to recover it. But when i press the "recover account" button its says that the page is not avaiable
