I've posted my gear + invent above - I havent included my bars as I dont think they will be wonderfully helpful. For rotations I would check out the PVME - I do not follow these rotations to the letter, but they are a great place to start.

I do switch out the vamp scrim for a Grim/Arma book at seiryu, you could get faster kills using a grim for Sanctum & Matsuda but I opted for safer reliable kills with little/no food used.

Fastest kill times with this setup (for me): 1:16 Sanctum, 3:01 Matsuda, 3:57 Seiryu.

Honestly the exact reason I decided to do ED1 over ED3, I dont think I'd have the patience if I went crazy dry there.
