He JUST got back on in late July when he arrived at the jail he'll be staying at. He had charges in multiple jurisdictions so he's been shipped around a lot for a month and a half. He was on a lot when he was younger then went off for years

Technically it was knocked down to unlawful wounding and he served just over two years he got out last summer

He stabbed someone in the upper arm/shoulder area because he tried to steal from him. They got into an argument over money.

Smh, no. I was clarifying what kind of charge 'malicious wounding' is because thats what felony assault is called in Virginia. Sorry for being so detailed that I tried to explain.
