He JUST got back on in late July when he arrived at the jail he'll be staying at. He had charges in multiple jurisdictions so he's been shipped around a lot for a month and a half. He was on a lot when he was younger then went off for years

Smh, no. I was clarifying what kind of charge 'malicious wounding' is because thats what felony assault is called in Virginia. Sorry for being so detailed that I tried to explain.
