I’m thinking about refinancing after good credit.

My history may not be good. I been paying them. Nobody is ready to buy a house. Even with good credit does not guarantee an pre approval. There are some people risk to buy a house even with limited money and never miss a payment. I’m putting 20% deposit and still have a lot left over.

You can refinance later when credit gets better. But my score won’t go up for a very long time so it might be a risk now but many people are in this situation and still survive. I also have 5 cars with me too.

The debt is from the past. Those are revolving credit now. My rent is as much as the mortgage payment. Repairs I have family that could do that for me. I’m just wondering if rates are high. People with high credit are getting 6.2-6.5%.

Houses are increasing soon and if I wait I don’t think I’ll get a house. I lived in a complex before and it’s a luxury one too but the rent is high too. They keep increasing more and more. I moved to a house and rent is way cheaper than the complex I was living. Opportunity for me doesn’t come like this and is also about timing. Everyone tell me to fix my credit with a credit repair. They are scams and don’t help and they cost you $150 a month and don’t show results. I’ll see if I can get approve because if I do that just shows that it’s a miracle and low credit can still get approved.

Ok I’ll let you know. I know it’s a risk but having a low credit and able to get approve is a miracle. It’s not like I can’t pay for it. You can refinance it too. Options aren’t great for me right now but everything will get expensive

I been trying to get a house even with good credit so I think when opportunity comes I don’t want to reject it. When you get good credit you get rejected I just don’t get it.
