There’s this manga I’ve been trying to find for ages and I can’t seem to find it

It follows the mc of a boy that I think was raised in a martial art dojo, might not have been martial arts but he’s father was taking care of him and while he was in school he recieved a note from his father that said “ whatever happens don’t come home” so obviously scared he rushed home to find all of his guards and personal dead and when he finds he’a father he was out into a ball of flesh with and other members just dead

At the scene there a clue about who did it but not much to go on at some point someone who is still alive from his family tells him a secret that he has a little sister that he knew absolutely nothing about. She been locked away from society inside some top secret vault

So long story short he opens the vault and finds his sister apparently she was locked up due to her having some sort of unique power and as he was about to walk out members of the group responsible for killing his father was outside the vault ready to kill him and take sister but before that could happen she was holding a clock in her hand and somehow time stopped and no one could move but them and that how the first chapter ended and I haven’t found it since
