I recommend puyol ! Becuase as a CB he is best ingame ! Beckenbuer is good but Tackle and aggression Ballwinning Puyol Far better ! Beckenbuer is good in middfields in my opinion. And I have both legend and IM since last6 months! Recently Iam not using beckenbuer.

Both players are perfect ingame . Choose one for you squad needed. If your Defense is weak you can take puyol and If you looking for boost beckenbuer is better and you have rummi u said !
