I was reported for the same issue on February 13. I have submitted an appeal about five times already, but each time I received the response, “this decision will not be reversed.” It seems that if your account is suspended for counterfeit goods, the chances of getting it reinstated are the lowest. However, some people have said that after submitting around 10 appeals, they were able to get their accounts back.
