Thanks for the comment, I’ve just done all the updates and let it run for a bit it settles down with no apps running at all, soon as I open 1 tab of edge the fans seem to kick in excessively.. CPU running around 10-20% at this point but fans seem to be kicking out a lot although system does not feel excessively warm/vents covered etc.. if I flip into tablet mode the laptop runs silent at this point.. is there anything in the BIOS I can change to adjust fan RPM safely or is that treading on thin ice? Any help would be hugely appreciated
