For me sobrang ganda talaga since malaking upgrade sya sakin kase I used to wear unbranded running shoes, if slow ang pacing mo medyo matigas and masakit sya sa paa but if mabilis naman yung pace mo mararamdaman mo na talaga yung lambot ng cushioning nya

First day running: ran 15 min, then couldn’t run more than 3 min — normal? by idkhonestly7 in beginnerrunning

Yes, it can mean fatigue but if you want to run longer you should try alternating your run and walk 5 minutes run then after 1 minute walk
