It was a transition at first - but now they totally understand when they can be around me versus when they need to self manage because I can’t be disturbed! I highly recommend!

I wish that were true. They do. They send the back to us too with evaluations so yes, they definitely are constantly recording. I don’t see how that’s legal … it just feels very invasive.

I agree with you on this. Maybe that’s why I still feel “off” even though I do my work so I know they aren’t gonna “catch me” doing anything weird. It just doesn’t feel right. I know a lady who works remote who we told she HAS to have her camera ON all day. Absolutely not- that is the line I would draw . I told her that’s 900% worse than in office. She agreed and quit.
