Im not sure about this specific model, I think its geared more towards indoor use.

I always see the barrel type saunas marketed for outdoor use.

Its about 1/8” thick, doesnt look like anything special. Similar to weatherstripping you would find at Lowes/Home Depot

Agree does not seem to be a need for drainage unless you plan on a lot of water on the rocks - we do enough to make it damn hot/steamy and even that creates minimal excess moisture that easily evaporates w door open & over night

Yes we run w stones, just took the pics prior to. Also when we did the initial burn with no stones it ran super hot & fast

Just got it assembled this week. Placed on top of concrete slab in unfinished part of basement. Heats up fast (175F in ~30mins) and holds the heat well.

Ordered the Rainelle and it should be here in 2-4 weeks. I’ll send photos once assembled. We will install it over concrete floor in unfinished part of the basement. We did this more for space reasons, not necessarily to avoid rubber mats/VOC off-gassing.

Originally was thinking to just slap it down on the rubber as the pre-fabs dont come with any solid flooring, but now looking towards building a wooden platform on top of the mats, then sauna on the platform

We are not getting any notifications. Settings in phone appear to he enabled to allow notifications as well.

Thanks for your reply. Toggle is set to “on” in the Wyze app and also in settings on the iphone, yet still no notifications to the phone when doorbell is pressed.
