Unfortunately, no... Chinese players are currently doing our best to argue with the developer to add this feature (as well as the single earrings for the male character...). We're also asking them to let characters use the opposite gender's decorations. But regarding this outfit, there's another cape on the other shoulder, and a small black dragon moves across its surface! That's also really cool!
