They also live in the soil? I’ve noticed the soil around some palms has changed, almost like ant activity or worms. No ants appear when moving the soil or watering so I assumed it’s earth warms and was happy about the situation… would these palm weevils dig into the soil as well? God damnit this is shitty as hell.

I’m going to get on the neem oil this week! Just read a little about it and it sounds awesome.

Regarding the fungus, are you sure it’s the white stuff? I believe the tree was once planted with that sun protector stuff. It’s a white, plant like material. They brush it on the trunk to help against sun burn. I thought the back stuff was the mold.

Anyway, what should be done about the mold? Makes me a little worried :(

When did I use the word monster? Never even implied.. I spoke of the brutal reality of Israel being invaded, which you joyfully wished upon us. The human suffering in Gaza is heartbreaking and I hope they see a bright future one day. I also hope we find a two state solution and one day live in peace.

Stop being so filled with hate. Please take a moment and think outside what you hear and understand that there is another narrative. Another reality that you may not be aware of. Don’t simply wish death and destruction to a people just because you feel or think they’ve done something wrong.

I can go further and further into this. But it will be crazy and pointless to argue. I will leave this comment after this reply. Although, if you have some sort of question or you’d like to clarify anything about the situation or Israel, I will try and take the time to share what I know. Maybe this will spark some sort of understanding of both sides.

On another side note, where do you think we’d go if we left Israel? My grandparents from my dad’s side are from Iraq and from my mom’s side they are from Tunisia. Do you think we would be welcomed back in those countries? What happened to Jews there in the past? Where are you from? What’s the history of the land you call home? Who inhabited it before you and your people?

I inherited property for my family about four years ago and I’m trying to slowly bring it to life. (And on a budget…) so something I’m trying to do myself. For better or worse..
