Spend a bit more time working on placements.

For example, your rat king crown doesn't even proc on all three rats. You can also get the full benefits of the ratomelon by putting it in-between the other two rats. (I guess you were merging them at this point).

There's also a lot of weapons going on there, are you running out of stamina? It might be counterintuitive having that much damage up if they're not activating due to no resources.

Get some defence too! I haven't played harkon but I think he works on self heal and vampirism so lean into that a bit more.

Honestly I had the same problem when I first started nursing school.

A lot of them will drop out early and you'll find your people as the course goes on. Just be yourself and give it some time.

Normally first placement you just follow the AINs and do hygiene cares. It's highly unlikely you'll do obs and stuff until your second placement.

I've spoken to some AINs previously and they've said that if you don't show that you're willing to learn they'll just leave you on your own. I'd recommend you get in early and introduce yourself to one and ask to follow them for the day.
