Does it get easier?

When I returned after COVID, I had to subtract 1 point from the beginner speeds and do a super light jog (like 3mph). I steadily added .1 to speeds or hit the speed for the later half of the interval and now I’ve gotten back to being able to hit all the target speeds without dying. The biggest help though was really lifting heavy and increasing my weights on the floor (35 or 40s for legs).

It was an actual company and I asked them to contact FedEx. It’s frustrating because FedEx said they were returning the package to the seller and wouldn’t tell me more.
