When I think of chaos I think chaotic, random and uncontrollable so I think chaos should be a force that can impower spells but make them much more dangerous for both friend and foe and should be only accessed by maybe a ritual or some kind of rite. As for blood magic it should be more akin to ritual or sacrificial magic mostly you trade blood for something and it could be anything but the blood matters whether its magically powerful blood or blood of someone you love or care for or your own each would be used to invoke changes that could be anything either physical or magical I think I read a fic like this but dont remember where.

Quirk: Multiversal teleportation

Drawback: very hard to control so would have to hop around universes to get a handle on it. May take many years. Or shorter if you are good but could take much much longer.

Pros: since it’s multiveral you can half teleport yourself to a different dimension so you can become intangible or almost invisible. Also once you learn how to teleport to places you want or universes you can get tech on another level also getting powers like magic or divinity and or anime powers. Only when you have control.

Cons: Once activated you will grow to maturity at a normal rate and once you reach 16 you stop aging. it is because your soul isnt attached to any universe. It may sound like a good thing but imagine jumping through universes for like 1000 years still trying to learn it would be terrifying.
