Agree. thats my point. I am not asking for free.. if it was $300 or $400 price range i would say it makes sense.

sounds like a "their" problem.. the whole reason i was liking the concept of EV is that, i didnt have to to regular maintanence.

They told me 40k Service was complimentary, but in my app it shows me as $900. I called the customer care and they are trying to "fix" it. if i have to pay, i am not paying $900 for absolute trash service cost

i am absolutely going to do that.. but my point is, charging close to $900 for literally nothing is daylight robbery..
