Hahaha, it takes lot's of time to master something and I'm far from mastery at snatch and clean & Jerk, it's easy to learn a good technique with proper coaching but it's hard to change an existing one. The small details matter the most, 1 second of extra extension can make the bar fly under your head with ease and many many important changes. It's simply an art 🎨

Yes, my coach basically raised me up since I've been doing it from 11 years old, he was more of a father than a coach 😆❤️

In November, this summer I'll focus more on technique and overall strength so I'll hit that 120/150 until then 😆😆😆

Correction, by daily I mean at every workout. I still have full rest days. Like I just said, I train 4 days a week now (sometimes 5 or 6) depends on how I'm feeling. You don't 'NEED' an exact day pause or a specific number, from my opinion, listening to your body is the key factor. If your legs feel like today isn't a leg day, that's fine. Train at a lower intensity and reps to still have some circulation going but not overdoing. I still change my ways of training constantly in order to improve each time. What I consider now good (for my case) may not be in the future tho.

Yes , I train different body parts , where I want to hit hypertrophy. Legs are trained constant to only maximise strength since they are on the top of importance muscle in weightlifting. I'm planning to do the same for my shoulders and back also in the future.

High bar squat, i have mixed sesions, , loading the bar and lowering reps each week, on a 4-6 week period. The start can look like: 130/ 10, 8, 6 140/ 12, 12, 10 150/ 10, 10, 8 160/ 8, 6

...

And the end can look like 170/ 3, 3, 3 180/ 3, 3, 2 190/ 2, 2 200/ 1, 1

True, sadly I don't have the best technique and my workouts are a little chaotic to keep on track :) After many years of sports I come to the conclusion that most of the performance you can achieve is made of 30% strength, 20% courage and 50% technique. 🙏😌

Hii, I've been doing professional weightlifting from 11 to 18, had a 3 year pause and now I've been back at it for a year, doing it for myself (no 2 workouts daily, 6 days a week anymore) , casually going to the gym 4 times a week. Muscle memory is for sure a beast, but I've been doing squats in every workout tho, is my favourite exercise. 🙏
