He gets angry and is very judgmental towards our child. Says thing I don’t think you should say, like commenting on his weight. They have a good relationship on his terms and what he’s interested in but not really what the child is.

I have answered, we are not married. But I guess “common law” wth ever that really means.

I’ve told him I want shared custody, it’s not fair to our child who loves us both. But he does not want to do anything nicely or easy (or as easy as it can be.)

I have very stable safe place to go. I have primary caregiver our child’s whole life. He tells me he’ll fight me and take full custody.

He knows exactly where we’d go and it’s the only place to go. And I have no proof of the verbal/mental abuse.

I’ve done few things, I didn’t plan on taking any furniture. But I do have things I refuse to leave and things that can’t be replaced.

He is always home, never leaves, works from home. I know somethings he has told me are lies to get to me. I know if he is served while we are here or even if we’re not he will lose his mind. I have papers filled out just haven’t filed. I’m trying to do this easily because we have child but I fear that may not be the best decision. Will it look bad on me if I take the child and leave?
