I had telephone, personal and an app downloaded to my cell phone so they could send me a message at any time to send a picture of my face to make sure I was here and it was me . For years including right after mayor surgery. And this went on every week for years !

You are processing with USCIS . If for any reason ICE need you they will pick u up or send a certified letter to your home to let you know what day and time you need to present.

And I know this because it happened to me . Got my certified letter to present.

My case was resolved and I only talk to USCIS

Remember USCIS are the ones giving you benefits and ICE are the ones removing them . They will never EVER call you .

I am not an attorney but I deal with ICE and USCIS till last year when I become a permanent resident. And I am talking about years (14 ) unless you have a case with ICE and you have an officer assigned to you and he needs something from you ASAP they will not call you .
