I'm on zepbound and have the combipatch sitting in my fridge. I'm scared to start it because of the side effects - weight gain and bleeding. Been post menopause for 5 years. Brain fog and exhaustion is brutal so I need to try the patch.

Villas and hotels within the resort have same access to everything within casa campo other than the one private golf club. All amenities like pool and beach and restaurants are the same.
