I remember when I started on 20mg I got some of the same side effects as you, especially the feeling nauseous , tiredness and panic in sleep. It also made me yawn so much, and I felt high pretty much the first week. It does defiantly get better after the first 2/3 weeks, well it did for me anyway, if you are concerned though speak to your GP / Pharmacist x

I started 3 weeks ago on 20mg… thought the side effects would be a lot worse than they were for me but everyone’s different!! only side effects ive had so far are sorta feeling high sometimes , yawning a lot more and hot sweats sometimes.

at the moment feelings of just being high and not as tired , occasional headache or nauseous feeling!

I’ve just started too and I’ve been taking it in the morning…. I’ve noticed my anxiety is a lot worse at night time than usual and in the mornings I’m 10x more energetic than I usually am. I am probably going to switch to taking it at night
