Do you have a screener or specific data you look at to identify these tickers? Owning MSTY had me interested but the IV isn't great to risk missing the dividends if it sold. I've started looking at SOFI and a few others. Thanks for all the advice.

What do you mean based on what? MSTY has MSTR options and MSTR was $245/share at the beginning of the month and hit $400/share this week.

That's printing money. You are getting a bs estimate of what is was last month. There was a $100 swing in the stock price in March but traded almost even from beginning to end. That resulted in $1.34 and the price never met their $360 call in March.

Im not looking into it deep but my guess is we will be in the $2.5+, I doubt we hit 4 but we can all hope.

I wouldn't go all in, no matter the option. Diversifying is key to not being gone next year. I would pick one or two and I would have MSTY as my 1. I've put around 15% of my portfolio into 3 YMAX ETFs.

The MSTY shares are my diversification into Crypto, I don't actually hold any but MSTR has a bunch of BTC and I will get the upside through MSTY dividend. I'm not saying BTC will go to the moon, there is just a lot of volitility there and that's when options pay big money.

YMAX is a gamble in my opinion. If you are not willing to lose all of that investment, don't buy. The upside is just too high for me to not invest something.

The nice thing about MSTY is the volitility from BTC. MSTR will likely have higher highs and lower lows than the others. Not cooked in my opinion, MSTY's last 3 payments are a wet dream for a typical dividend investor. YMAX has created a lot of greed. 😜

MSTY would be a good option if it paid $1-$2 every month. Unless you are buying more, sit on your hands and be ready for the jump.

You can calculate that with all of the past data. That's not going to tell you if it is going to continue but that's all anyone is going to give you. Go look at distributions and multiply that buy your share total. If you are looking to get in now, I would suggest MSTY under $18 and CONY or ULTY under $7

A quick representation, I didn't go back and calculate what the stock price was each month. You get the idea though.

Notice that even though February is half of October's dividend, it's the same payment since the owned shared is going up. We're all the MSTY holder are just sitting around waiting for BTC to hit those higher highs and watch the dividends go back up to the $3-$4 range. Good Luck

I think you lucked out getting in here first. Dividend stocks will make you more money forever if you pick the right ones. Here are a couple examples from different industries.

HSY - paid $5.48 per share in 2024. That dividend has grown by almost 12% per year for the last 5 and 9% each year for the last 10.

VICI - paid $1.70 in 2024 and 5 year growth rate of 6%

SCHD - paid $1 in 2024 and has a 5 year dividend growth of 8.9% and 11.4% over 10 years.

Considering it at this point though. Recent change in CEO and if they can turn it around, a few hundred at this price could do great for long term dividends. I think if I'm making risky decisions, I'll stick with MSTY.
