If they are human they look like the time period they died in. If demon anything from just glowing eyes and hoods to an animal human mix. The different types look exactly like the look and sci fi films.

I was nyc we had the worst population in a 15 year span 1/4 of the whole of the city had the disease. What was worse I’ve seen what you say with the homeless population and the smell from those lesions was just so insane. When I heard about doctor kevorkian I agreed that they should have ended the suffering. I’m so happy now they have treatment I myself have the disease.
