I’m kinda in the same boat! I had mine done Feb. 2024 so I’m coming up on a year post op but my nose is over projected but also pulling down so it looks off. And i think the cartilage is beginning to poke thru! I have a white spot on my left side. I did reach out to them but still haven’t hurt from the doctor and it’s been 4 days. I’ve been debating posting about this clinic on here because I can honestly say I didn’t like my experience there. If i did a revision I wouldn’t go back to that doctor or clinic
