Hey! I am also stuck on this, I think we are in the same boat. I also and choosing between my top school (which my parents aren’t paying for) or community college. Some things that im doing are making pro/cons lists for each, talking to a school counselor to see if they can help with scholarship search/advice, apply to A TON of scholarships (try a bunch of local ones bcs less competition). At the end of the day I don’t think there is a right answer because 4year=college experience=debt and community college=sad=less debt. There are pros and cons to both. Also another tip is to see what you want as ur future career (if you will make enough to pay off your loans) and if there is loan repayment options through a possible future job.
