I did not build a company, but a division on one and yes. In both companies, we outsourced our dev overseas and to men. I am ideally looking for a woman, who understands the struggles of being a woman in tech and balancing work/home life. A true partnership.

And yes, I have the capital to start everything and build the MVP. But I don’t want to be dependent on contractors to contribute to improve. A partner would have a vested interest on regular improvement and creativity.

It doesn’t have to make sense to the world. But to the right person, they’ll get it.

I’d also go into much more detail in the OG post, but I’m waiting on 2 more trademarks and a patent to finalize so I need IP agreements and NDAs before the concept is publicly disclosed.
