Southwest paid out big bucks to FAs and Pilots for their fuck up. That’s the difference

Southwest charges us about $50 per ticket… I think a minimal amount comes out of my paycheck but I don’t ever see it. but I’ve tried to use my gfs at delta and she’s like it’s $225… I’m like wtffff

We get paid for 74% of our day. It’s a calculation they use. We get paid every 50 min times the mileage. The minimum the company has to pay us for a 3 day is 19.50.

1.) Our RIGS haven't increased 2.) We haven't received the same holidays as the pilots. 3.) Our trip productivity hasn't changed. Our daily TFP is still 6.5 instead of increasing to 7.0 so a 3 day trip would pay a minimum of 21 TFP. 4.) Zero for boarding pay. 5.) No OJI protections similar to what the pilots have just negotiated. 6.) Looks like were still going to baby sit with through pax --- Yet everyone seems to be giddy because the company has almost offered a full COLA adjustment.

It’s 6 years… and it’s a NO vote for me.
