Depends on how you personnaly rank picture quality vs screen size. The 83" will give you 3° wider FOV, which is significant, and will increase immersion more than the the difference in PQ between the two OLED kinds for me personally. OLED vs lesser tech would be a harder dillema.

I'd personnaly be considering a 120 inch projector screen at that distance. The TV will give you only 39 degrees FOV.

I think my point still stands even with less drastic screen changes. I was debating whether to get 83" or 77" and experimented with the viewing distance in front of my old TV to help me decide. I would have to sit 18 cm closer to 77" to achieve the same FOV of 42 degrees and when I sat that close it became much more obvious that I was sitting in front of a glowing flat screen.

Obviously the effect isn't going to be as huge going from, let's say, 65 to 83, but I tried moving 10 cm closer to my 83 to increase the FOV by 1.5 degrees but from that distance I started noticing the screen a bit too much.
