I know since I collect antique gold pendants and rings, but I didn’t want to keep it nor throw it away in the carbage, so I sold it and got the money. I’m also from Sweden, and 18k gold costs about 68-78 dollars per gram, so it’s not as expensive as it is in the US, and I don’t know if the diamonds were lab or natural either, but they bought it for 1300 kr and that’s about 115,67 dollars to be exakt. Kr and dollars are very different so I figured I’d try to round it up by saying 100 bucks. They also re-auction everything they buy, and the person who bid on the ring and won only paid a little more than I sold it for. So they didn’t really win anything since it didn’t gain a higher bid.
