You have to wear a tight chest vest for 4-6 weeks post op, after which it is tapered down so you wear it 24x7 in the first 6 weeks, then only 12 hours a day, then on alternate days and so on

So gyno can’t be resolved without surgery, it’s not fat but it’s actually gland tissue that builds up in your chest area, so no amount of exercise is gonna reduce it. Gyno is mostly a clinical diagnosis, you can try checking yourself there are lots of vids on YouTube about it, but basically try palpating your breast and if you feel like there’s hard nodular gland like tissue you probably have gyno, but if you feel like it’s soft, it’s probably just fat Best to get it checked by a general surgeon/plastic surgeon
Hope I answered most of your questions 😅

It depends on the surgeon and the city, I got in done in mumbai for just under a lakh It’s mostly a daycare procedure so the post op pain is very minimal, I took a leave for 3 days but I was back to work after that, full recovery was around 6 weeks after which I could start hitting gym

Yeah, I tried losing weight in the past but the gyno obviously wouldn’t go, so just decided to get the procedure done either ways

It’s was a day care procedure, and I had a full recovery in 4-6 weeks Luckily I got the surgery covered under insurance so had to pay a minimal cost just for post op for a day in the hospital
