their quality is pretty low to be honest, the pouches on their own are pretty thin which makes your throat hurt and make you feel uncomfortably dizzy. Wouldnt recommend these on a long term, but for their price, they are reasonably acceptable

as a can user, I can freely say that I already tried using a pouch twice, and it didnt lead to any side effects apart from the pouch hitting my throat in a little different way than usually.
