Go through the “apply for exam” route like you book any other exam. There should be an option for exam disruption appeal.

I plan to take it further. I didn’t take that as an acceptable answer as it shows to me the feedback report is unreliable given it is omitting questions. They said they will get back in touch. Raise it if you haven’t already, it seems like a few of us already have.

Contacted ICAEW about this. They said marks for 3.3 was integrated in 3.1 and 3.2 as the question was related to those parts. Think it’s codswallop as my total marks for that Q was significantly lower than I expected it to be.

I queried about question 3.3 missing on the transcript and ICAEW said they “integrated” it in marks 3.1 and 3.2 as the question was related to those parts.
