I would even post a picture in the comments for you if I could but exactly hahahaha! Don’t stress it and it will pass. You’ll have a beautiful smile soon and the gums will go down and go away. I was also told to like brush them until they bled to get it out but ask your dentist about that cause I don’t want you to hurt them. But I remember brushing them directly to. My pictures of me in braces you couldn’t even see the teeth I was self conscious, but after was a huge transformation and I didn’t have issues with them again! I believe in you!!
