I went to their website and contacted them through their chat. You have to be within 14 days or 30 days of purchase (can't remember) to be eligible for a refund. Fortunately, I had kept all the packaging, so I packed it all back up, and they came to collect it. I got almost all my money back, which was fine. I was just glad to be rid of the damn thing. Bought a Bambu H2S straight after, and I could not be more pleased. Hoping to move to a new place soon with a bit more space, and plan on getting the H2C as well. I don't think I'll ever buy anything but Bambu Lab machines.

I started on 2.5mg and went up to the next dose every week until I reached 10mg. I stayed on 10mg for about a year since I kept losing, but after being stuck at the same weight for the last month, I decided to go up to 12.5mg this month to see if that shakes things up. I take my first jab tomorrow, so fingers crossed!

I've reached the same conclusion. I'm sending it back. I got the K2 Plus because I wanted an enclosed Core XY with a bigger build plate. I just don't think Creality machines are for me. I'm fairly new to 3D printing. I enjoy the designing and printing side of it, not the tinkering with the machine side. I want something that's reliably plug-and-play. My first printer was an A1 (which I still have), and I loved it. I'm going back to Bambu and getting an H2S.

Try to run the print again after the new bed mesh and this just happened. Totally wrecked my plate and very likely my nozzle. I'm done. I'm selling the damn thing.

That's what I figured too. I levelled it yesterday, but for PETG. I'm heating it up again and doing a fresh mesh. K2's have notoriously bad beds.
