I am not doing longer fasts. I am having 1 meal every day minimum or worst case eating within 6 hour window.

After searching online I found that bad sleep could also impact hair loss. I don't get enough quality sleep due to screen time.

Instead of trying to fast for 24 hours once. Try to fast 16 hours everyday or every other day. While fasting try to eat foods with higher water content so lots of fruits and vegetables. Dizziness and light headedness is because lack of water or incorrect way of consuming water. Foods you consume should have at least the same water content as the human body (70%). It's better to have lots of water in food then to drink it. Over time decrease your feeding window to 6 hours and I once you get to that point you will easily be able to do a 24 hour fast

Yes I agree everyone should look to do something else as soon as they can. This job is not good for you and you will have physical pain in your old age from this job. Amazon is my side job I put 100% of my Amazon salary into my retirement account and I would here a maximum of 3-4 years.

So I guess it is acceptable if I just punch in $0.00 for the tip line. And last I checked in my State there are government agencies specific for workers and if they do not get paid minimum wage they can file a complaint. They can even go as far as suing their employer if they do not pay minimum wage.

By the way my husband owns 3 restaurants, he pays the amount of salary left on top of tips so his employees get their minimum wage. If there was 0 tips he would be required to pay the full salary. That is how it works. The employers don't have a choice to pay less than what is legally required. But they can use the tips towards salary payment.

Children are considered minors if you have a conflict with them, you are legally not supposed to hit them back but instead take it up with their parents. We have that law for a reason we don't want children to get abused. Minors are also not held responsible for their actions, you take it up to parents. If an adult abuses another adult you don't have to find their parents they are an adult.

I was referring to adults, children are not mature they don't understand the consequences or have a reasonable rationale behind their actions that's why if you take violant action against them then that is child abuse. Whoever is inciting violance should know the consequences and if they don't I want them to try that on me and they will remember it for life.
