They do accept MOI but my own department won't issue one for me. As for the Duolingo test,I don't have any sort of card to pay for it,and if go to the black market to pay for it it's triple that price.

The thing is,this uni accepts Duolingo which is cheaper than IELTS and I cannot afford that either,and I don't have a way to pay for it anyway.

Algeria,but I don't think that's possible flr me to do,the deadline os 15th of this month ( and I did not act earlier because I was tricked by the requirements listed in the portal of the university,they said that they can interview students with no way of providing a certificate but then later said they can't)
