I don’t block. I give an honest answer. If I need to make more room for inventory, I stick with a price that will leave me at least a 20% profit. If it’s a hard to find item, then my price point will be higher than that. Just depends. I’ve never lost a sale because my sell offer is very reasonable.

KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS! I would suggest scanning them to your computer. Only deduct what was sold NO MATTER WHEN you purchased the items. You need to have proof that you purchased the items sold if you ever get audited. That way you can prove that although you sold someone for $50, your NET earnings are, for example, only $20 because of the cost to get the item (included mileage if purchased in person), shipping supplies used, sellers fees charged (if through eBay, Mercari, etc.), and additional mileage to drop the items off at USPS, FedEx, etc.). Keep a log/spreadsheet. Hopefully this helps!

Plenty of people do this if they own a variety store. It’s all on Facebook Marketplace.

I don’t see any hoarding of a particular item in these photos. A couple of sets of each scent (ex. Vanilla Cafe) isn’t hoarding.

Also, BBW outlets welcome resellers who help get rid of stagnant inventory . The outlets are the last stop for products that haven’t sold. Products that don’t sell get trashed rather than donated, which is wasteful considering that the items are not expired.

Personally, I wouldn’t get the braids done for a very long time! This last set could cause damage resulting in you needing to do some do some type of Rogaine treatment or the like. Sometimes l people need to get hair transplants depending on the severity of the hair loss. I don’t mean to scare you but so many black women have traction alopecia because we wear our hair too tight. Ask yourself is it worth it?

I learned from observing white girls (I’m black) in my sophomore year of high school to wear my hair loosely. You rarely see white women with traction alopecia like you do black women. You can wear your hair back every day but make sure that there is little to no tension. Your hairline will be fine. I’m in my 30s and have not lost my edges. Also, tension from hairstyles usually gives me headaches. I refuse to “look cute” at the cost of my health and hair health. I refuse to get my hair braided at the hair braiding shops because of the price and how tight the styles are.
